• All orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
  
• All orders placed online after shipping hours (M-F 3pm CST) will be processed the next day.
  
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. 
• Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday (USPS business days).
  
• Large orders may require some additional lead time. Lead time varies during our busy holiday season. Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

Packages shipped from our facility are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Ground shipping charges are applicable and are determined using weight, size, destination and arrival date. A physical address is required for all shipments. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us.

 

Every effort will be made to ship your order within 24 hours, unless It is a large order for which arrangements will be made on an order by order basis.

 

We take care in packaging our gifts for secure shipment. Each gift will be packaged in its own mailers. stand-alone gift items shipping to the same address will be packaged together as much as possible to eliminate additional shipping charges. In the rare event that damage does occur during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective actions.
